My daughter Mila and I had an amazing experience at Kess Royal Oak! We both had a natraplasty done, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. Joe and Zameel were absolutely fantastic, not only are they highly skilled, but they were also super friendly and made us feel relaxed and well taken care of the whole time. They took the time to make sure everything was perfect, and it really shows in the final result. Our hair looks and feels incredible, and the whole experience was enjoyable from start to finish. We’ll definitely be coming back again! 10/10 from both of us — highly recommend!

Joe is super friendly and easy to talk to. He did an amazing job with my haircut and gave me lots of helpful advice about styling and hair care. What I liked most was how he explained everything clearly and made sure I was happy with the result. Great service from start to finish. Definitely worth every penny. This is my first time at Kess Onehunga. The reviews provided by previous customers were useful. I was able to experience the excellent service first-hand. The location is convenient. Ms Shilpa was warm and friendly, greeted me by name. She was also easy to deal with in terms of booking and rescheduling, too. She did my ear piercing - delicate and easy. The hairdresser assigned to me was Shika. He has feather like hands - light and efficient. Shika showed me hairstyles that he thought would best suit my facial features and my thin hair. I love my new hair! Count me in as a repeat customer!
