I cannot thank Vicky enough. I turned up for the appointment at the wrong day without realising, but she kindly accomodated me at a later slot the same day instead of asking me to come when I had made the original booking. She was attentive to what I asked and catered to my needs perfectly. She was professional as well as friendly and easy to approach making my experience amazing.
