This salon is really one in a million. Was booked in for balayage and haircut with the lovely Kerys and whilst there - Martyna managed to squeeze me in to fix a broken nail, Mandeep got me in for some threading and the gorgeous manager Georgie offered a complimentary trim for my baby’s hair. When my little girl was brought in by Dad, she wasn’t in the mood but the girls went above and beyond to make her smile - she even got some chocolate cake and a sticker! This salon can’t do enough for their customers and that shines through in all of them :) well done to all the team at Gracie B xx

Kerys was brilliant from start to finish. Really listened to the vague idea I wanted and took the time to understand what I was struggling with. The balayage is perfect and the cut is exactly what I was hoping for - feels so much lighter and easier to look after

I love coming to get my hair cut at No.4. The service is always wonderful, the salon is so nicely decorated, great taste in music, the coffee & the little treat are delicious and Kerys gives THE BEST head massages.

Michelle was an absolute delight! Friendly, warm, funny! It had been a long time since I last had a haircut and she made me feel so at ease and I adore my new hair do (new french bob with balayage). Would recommend definitely Michelle and GracieB!

Had a cut and Balayage with Kerys. All my family and friends commented on how lovely my hair was after! Staff are very friendly, the coffee and little treat were great and the 10 minute head massage was super relaxing! I would definitely recommend this salon!

My first visit and I’ve already booked my next one. I’ve often felt self conscious in hair salons but this was a lovely experience. Gorgeous colour by Michelle, which has really lifted my hair, face and mood! Followed with the perfect cut and blow by Emily - not to mention the most fantastic head massage. I felt very welcome throughout and have come away having had a much-needed confidence boost.

The actual massages are excellent. However, not once have they started in time. Late starts and whilst this most recent time I was offered a hot drink whilst waiting, it never arrived. So a tad frustrating.
