EXCELLENT!! Came to the Jesmond Chain for the first time to get a sunkissed balayage and loved the whole experience! My colour needed a refresh and Zahra was able to offer an experienced eye to update it and synchronise it with previous balayage. She managed to fit in additional lighter foils for face framing in addition to taking the darker colour through the length in portions to unify this and I am so pleased with the result.
