Karina has transformed my hair with nano ring extensions, balayage, toner and cut & blow dry. Always leave happy and ready to take selfies. She also has shown me how to properly take care of my hair, suitable products for my own hair and extensions and how to care for them to make them last! My hair has never been in such good condition! Wouldn't go anywhere else! ♥️

Nikki was fantastic. Made me feel listened to, understood what I wanted by piecing together my random thoughts and ideas and turned my hair into something I love. She did an excellent colour on my hair and gave good advice on products to use to maintain it as long as possible. The salon itself was nice and warm, spacious and had lots of nice hustle and bustle without feeling overcrowded. I've booked to go back already.

Had my first appointment with Kitty yesterday- cut and colour, and I can see why there are so many 5 star reviews. What a great salon! Love the decor and the vibes. Everything about my appointment was amazing. We discussed the colours and she explained everything in detail as it was my first time getting a balayage. The haircut, and the colour looked better than I ever imagined! And the service is amazing, had a delicious iced coffee too😊 thank you loads again, couldn't have asked for anything better!

The salon was very modern, clean and comfortable even in 30-degree heat! My daughter was booked in for a balayage colour on medium brown, long hair and Jessica was very confident and reassuring that she could create a natural look and that's exactly what she did. My daughter absolutely loves the finished result!

Alicia took her time with my hair even though it was late and I was her last client. She gave me exactly what I asked for and I couldn’t be more grateful!!! She’s always on top of the latest styles and her blowouts are genuinely the best. Travelled 40 mins to get to her and i’d def be back!

Kitty was the absolute best. It can be rough making chat with someone for six hours while you have a balayage done but it proper flew by because she’s such a gem. My hair is also so stunning – she’s MAGICCCC

My second visit to Grays, this time adding balayage to my cut. Kitty was, again, fantastic - I hate going to salons as I find the environment and constant chatter overwhelming, but Kitty puts me at ease very quickly, and concentrates so much on her work that I feel comfortable in just sitting quietly most of the time! Kitty was very attentive, letting me know how long each stage of the colouring process would take, mixing additional toner to get the colour just right and so on. Will be back for a toner refresh soon!
