I recently had a partial balayage and root touch-up done with Elena, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience! From the moment I walked into her salon, I felt welcomed and completely at ease. The space is cozy and inviting, and the one-on-one attention she provides really makes a difference. She took the time to listen to what I wanted—even though I wasn’t entirely sure myself—I truly appreciated her patience and expertise. And can we talk about the chair? The high-tech power chair with the vibrating feature made the whole experience even more relaxing—it felt like a mini spa day!

I can’t say I thank-you enough. My first visit was a consult, 2nd visit was a full day of colour correction/balayage/root blend to get rid of the bleached yellow/gold/blonde/grey damaged hair, 3rd was a root touch up/cut and WOW!! I’ve gotten so many compliments on my new hair! Elena has the most beautiful salon and is equally as beautiful inside and out herself. She is always so positive and knowledgeable and uses the best products. She truly loves what she does and it shows. My hair is so healthy and beautiful. I would definitely recommend Elleven to anyone.

I couldn’t be happier with my experience with Elena! My nano extensions are absolutely flawless, and the color match was so perfect that we didn’t even need any additional color or toner. The blend is seamless, and the results look incredibly natural. Alina is talented, knowledgeable, and pays amazing attention to detail. Her salon is beautiful, spotless, and so welcoming. As someone new to the area, I’m so grateful I found her. I’ll definitely be a returning client and highly recommend her to anyone looking for gorgeous, natural-looking extensions!

Since moving to Langley I've been looking for a new hairdresser and Sandy is the one! Her attention to detail was amazing and her skill top notch! Jaden was helping her as well and I've never had anybody straighten my hair with so much care before. Definitely coming back here for all my future hair cuts!

It was my first time going for a hair consult and a hair cut with Elena, I was so happy with the result, Elena is such a professional and talented hair stylist, I was so pleased with her services, I left feeling so refreshed and my hair had so much life put back into it. The vibe of her salon is so ZEN as well, it's super cozy and relaxing. 😊. On a side note - Elena is such a genuine sweet person.
