A magical experience with Emma as always - first time having shirodara and it was total bliss!

Emma’s Ayurvedic massage was exactly what I needed. It’s a magical experience during which you feel held emotionally and physically. If your body needs a bit of extra love then this is the best gift you can give to yourself

Fantastic head massage, I felt lighter, relaxed and more centred. Gemma has incredible knowledge about Ayurveda which gave me a real insight into my health and well-being. I’ve had a couple of massages with Gemma now and both have been fantastic. I couldn’t recommend her enough.

Lorena is exceptionally good at her job. The Thai/Oil/Ayurveda massage she offers is the best massage you can get in Brighton. I’ve been to her twice and her energy and smile only make the experience better. I feel lucky to be able to experience Lorena’s skill, technique and experience. What a treat!
