We where made very welcome on arrival tea coffee was offered witch we excepted very nice touch.The staff where all very very nice explaining about the fittings and give my wife lots of choice, we went with a picture of the wig she wanted witch was in stock ,but after trying on other wigs my wife was very happy with the choice she got,then it was explained the after care after chemo witch was very help full 10 out of 10 for service.

I just want to start off by saying how lovely all the staff were, as soon as we arrived we were instantly greeted by a smiling face and we felt comfortable. We attended today as my daughter needed a wig, she hasn't left the house in around 7months due to low confidence and for the first time today I saw her smile again! Rebecca, the lady who fitted my daughters wig was lovely, she explained everything and went out of her way to make my daughter smile again, she addressed all our questions and worries and went above and beyond to suit the wig to my daughters face!

Rebecca is wonderful very supportive Everything is set up so it's a hair experience not wig experience and you leave feeling happy with 'new' hair

I was very nervous about attending this appointment after having a bad experience previously. I am sitting here, wearing my wig, feeling like a completely different person to what I felt like before my appointment. I was treated with dignity and respect and my new wig is amazing.
