I tried the Eneka laser hair removal today, it was a straightforward and pleasant experience start to finish the session did not take long, the spa was well set up and my therapist was extremely professional and I felt like I was in good hands. I was advised of aftercare and preparation needs before the appointment and had a patch test beforehand to ensure there were no adverse reactions. The Eneka laser treatment was quick and painless, goggles were provided to protect my eyes and aloe gel afterwards for my comfort to reduce irritation of my skin

Had a haircut, treatment and blow dry with Jess. She took time to talk through options and checked in throughout to ensure I was getting the look and experience I wanted. Jess is warm and welcoming, took great care of me and made it a super-relaxing treat. Highly recommend.

The BEST experience as always with Aaliyah! Her professionalism, personality and flexibility is A1 as always! My hair is fantastic, this is my 3rd install of K—tips and I’m incredibly pleased, I know my hair is in safe hands with Aaliyah right from its natural state to the end result of gorgeous quality extensions. What a wonderful experience, Aaliyah worked her magic and I felt like a queen! A beautiful peaceful space run by a beautiful soul. My new favourite place. I haven’t had to do anything to it for a few weeks. My new morning routine, unwrap brush and go! Absolutely love it!!

It was great, she was so lovely did my wax perfectly and made me feel very comfortable.

Emma was amazing, it was a great massage and I genuinely felt refreshed afterwards! She even took time to give me tips on how to stretch! I will definitely come back!
