The team was so gracious and kind! Upon entering, I was greeted by Mino, my stylist and a young miss who checked me in swiftly. Mino inquired what I was looking to achieve, he listened, provided suggestions, explained his method clearly and executed exceptionally well. I wanted bouncy, lighter hair with lots of long layers. Mission accomplished, very pleased! Mino finished the by adding curls for style and provided tips on how to maintain. My hair looks phenomenal. I feel gorgeous and so relaxed! Super thrilled! Gina was so amazing! My hair was dead and flat when I came in. She listened to what I wanted out of the haircut and recommended some solutions and did such an amazing job. I can’t recommend her and this salon enough after encountering so many bad salons in Brooklyn. So happy to have FINALLY found a salon I plan on coming back to for future haircuts.

Love this beauty salon, the girls are all amazing at what they do! Customer service is always on top! Alla has amazing, magic hands that always manage to bring my hair back from the dead! She is the only hair stylist in Brooklyn I trust with my hair! I am always able to have a very relaxing time after a stressful, long work day in the atmosphere of these wonderful ladies! I had a great experience with Gina. This is my first time getting a short hair cut and she answered every question and made me feel very comfortable and took me through it step by step to the length that I will feel more comfortable in. My experience with Gina was amazing but the lady at the front desk with the long straightened hair was very rude to the stylist in which made me feel uncomfortable. Besides that I had an overall good experience and I love my haircut

Eugene was fantastic. He had a deep understanding of my hair type (it is very textured and wavy) and knew how to cut it in a way to preserve length while creating dimension and bend. I left very happy with my haircut. He was also such a delight to speak with. Will definitely be back.

This was my first time to Brooklyn Beauty Lounge. I came after getting an amazing spray tan downstairs a couple months ago with Bronzed by Julie and seeing the work they do while I was waiting. I wanted some vine nail art for my wedding next week, and they accommodated getting me an appointment on short notice AND the artist did an amazing job. Looks even better than my inspiration picture. I will be back!

Was a great experience! When my hairdresser of 10 years left town I was on the hunt for new stylist. Eugene (Evgeny) delivered with flying colors. He was able to plan out a new style for me during our initial consultation and then gave me a fantastic cut that really works for my hair. Excited to have found a new stylist I can trust!
