Visit Erika’s beauty today and had my lashes done by Luca ! She was absolutely star from start to finish ! I could not recommended salon enough ! I have moved away from Derby year ago and still did not find salon who delivers such a great customer experience! So an hour drive is nothing when you know what to expect ! Thank you ladies ! My daughter just had her hair styled by Nisa at the salon, and the experience was wonderful. Nisa was amazing, so knowledgeable, attentive, and kind. She made the entire curl experience really enjoyable for my daughter and took great care to explain what she was doing. We’re so happy to have found a salon in Derby that truly knows how to style all hair types, making them a cut above the rest. We’re extremely pleased and will definitely be back/ highly recommending them to friends.

Spent the day with the girls at Erika's getting my lashes, nails and hair done. Can't recommend Aiko enough, so kind and gentle, never fails to disappoint with a new set of Hybrids. I got BIAB nails for the first time ever, Anna set the expectations, talking me through the process to help me understand what will happen throughout my new BIAB journey with her. Finally Zoe, toner and olaplex treatment, when I'm in Zoe's chair I'm immediately relaxed. From being incredibly anxious to now having Zoe has my go to stylist in Derby. In love with my glow up. Thank you girls <3

I always look forward to my appointments with Ben and not just for the haircut and colour (which is always amazing btw). Ben has become someone I can tell all my worries to as well as discuss all the latest gossip, tv shows, fashion trends. His salon is lovely, theres always a good cuppa and he also does amazing wedding hair. He is an absolute joy to be around and I wouldn't go to anyone else.

I had an amazing experience at NESC. I visited them a week before my wedding for an afternoon spa and had 4 treatments done. Medi Pedi, Backcial, Thai Massage and HydraFacial. All of the treatments have been absolutely beautifully done by the knowledgable, Fiz, Sophie and Lucy. I loved them all and have made me feel so relaxed and ready for my wedding. Not only the treatments and their hands are great but also how lovely these ladies are and how well they have looked after and spoiled me, so attentive to the details providing cakes, pastries and drinks in each treatment. A huge thanks! ❤️😘.

Absolutely amazing as always 🖤 after surgery on my ear, I’m unable to wash my own hair, a lot of care was given to avoid water near the ear and due to sensitivity around the area

I had such a great experience and can’t recommend it enough. The sports massage was exactly what I needed and made such a difference to all the tightness and aches I’d been carrying. From the moment I arrived, I was made to feel so welcome. Laurie is genuinely friendly, professional, and took the time to make sure I was comfortable throughout.
