Lived in Cardiff 8 years and tried so many salons. This is the only one I’ve stuck with. Everyone is so friendly and makes you feel welcome, no bitchiness or drama, people SMILE AND SAY HELLO. Darla is amazing, goes above and beyond and gets more excited about my hair than me haha. They put your hair first, give you realistic expectations and advice, and do everything they can to make you feel nice about yourself. It’s actually a treat to go instead of anxiety/a chore. Their products are lush, smell amazing and my hair is now in amazing condition. They cheer each other on and it’s just lush🩵

I first started going to Jade about 16years ago. After moving outside Cardiff I have tried to find another hairdresser who is as good and I simply haven’t been able to. Going back to Jade in her beautiful new salon made me feel amazing today and I’ll be a forever customer once again. Best lashes in Cardiff! Iren is so lovely and she always takes her time and makes sure I love my lashes. My lashes always look perfect and last longer than they have with any other lash tech. I’ve also had a bouncy blow dry with Iren which was absolutely gorgeous! The salon is beautiful and she goes above and beyond for her clients. Would 100% recommend!!

I’m obsessed! The attention to detail was so thoughtful to make sure I truly left with the best results I’ve ever had. I’ve definitely found a new obsession and can’t recommend Sapphire Beauty enough. If you need somewhere in Cardiff, go here🤩

Jade was great. So accommodating from initial enquiry. I found choosing a hair stylist for the morning of the wedding really stressful but Jade was just as talented as her socials suggest. Can't wait for her to style my bridal party xx
