I decided to visit Crimson due to their videos on KelownaNow. I wasn't disappointed. I have curly hair, and Paris made sure I understood how different cutting methods would affect my cut and style. I am very pleased with the results, and will return for some coloring magic soon.

Naomi is the curl queen! She's very knowledgeable, has taught me so much about how to care for curly hair, and is passionate about what she does. She's also an absolutely lovely person. I highly recommend her to everyone I know with curls.

Excellent haircut, lovely atmosphere, and they use amazing smelling hair products. I also find the value is excellent, especially in otherwise overpriced Kelowna.

I am so pleased with the result! I had a colour correction done from dark to light as well as covering some grey. Rose took time to explain the steps and tailored her expertise to suit what I was looking for. She also cut the exact length and style I requested. Also affordable! I highly recommend Rose.

What a great place. Ive been to so many so called high end salons in kelowna. So many are locally trained, never been anywhere els3, think they are the best ... when in fact they are NOT good. Yet at crimson , salon full of highly educated high trained stylists with zero ZERO ego. I finally have colored hair with no damage. Actually im grey blending, I've tried 4 times to grey blending at other salons but they had no clue what they were doing. I book with Roxy. What a relief she is ! My hair is healthy and gets compliments a few times a week. Us girls know, a hair compliment changes our day !

This was the best curly cut I have ever had! Defuser made these beautiful curls that accentuated my face. Even air dried with curl cream, gorgeous curls. I will be a returning customer for sure, thanks Naomi!

Always my first stop in Kelowna. I like that I can go see her with a specific request and she will be honest about how my hair would do, or if I feel indecisive I can give her creative freedom and I always leave feeling confident. On top of being an amazing hair stylist, Kris is also just an fantastic human!

Wow! I came across Tara at Crimson and what a find! Totally ‘got’ me from a previous 20 minute consultation. I had various experiences since moving to Kelowna 5 years ago. A few awful. Mostly just OK. Tara gave me a full set of foils, toner, and cut. I wanted and got ice ice baby. Feel like a million bucks. I floated out the salon. Thank you Tara! You are incredibly talented and your salon vibe so relaxed. Shout out to Alesha - wonderful front of house. So knowledgable and super fun! This salon fully deserves the awards and recognition it has achieved. 100%

I have always tried to neglect the fact that I have naturally curly hair. For years I have been constantly using heat through straightening and curling my hair. Recently I decided I wanted to try embrace my natural curls, but wasn’t sure how to start. Naomi was recommended to me and not only is she the sweetest person, she gave me a life changing haircut/experience. Naomi answered all of my many questions, gave me a personalized cut, and walked me through step by step how to style my natural hair. Naomi gave me the confidence to embrace my natural hair and I will recommend her for everyone!

I had a Perm consultation with Ella today for my mid-back length hair. I found her friendly and knowledgeable. She really listened to what I want to accomplish with my hair, and offered her suggestions when I asked. I also asked what the cost would be, if it would the service would include a haircut and style, and how long the service would take. She was straight and great with the cost and all that was included. Needless to say I booked an appointment before I left and am really excited to see my vision become reality.

I have had issues with stylists cutting my hair. I have long thick hair and everytime I get it cut stylists end up cutting too much off or thinning it. After my first appt with NJ I was amazed. He listened to what I wanted and I came out with an incredible haircut. I have tried many salons in kelowna, NJ is far above the rest. Thank you NJ

I was completely blown out when Lorien absolutely nailed the colour style I been waiting to have for a long time especially since I came with a few weeks freshly jet black dye due to a screw up at my appointment with the stylist I been seeing. I started to realize I really wasn’t satisfied with my hair now & wasn’t feeling like myself! Lorien brought that feeling back & I finally have the colour style I been wanting 😍I also had fun & really enjoyed our conversations that we had☺️I’m so excited to hopefully have her as my stylist from now on!!!🥰🫶❤️

She's very knowledgeable, kind, does exactly what you ask for, and sets realistic expectations for the results desired. Not only this, she can problem solve and innovate different ways to achieve the goal as she appreciates that everyone's hair is different and may take to different methods.
