I had a wonderful facial which was incredibly relaxing and indulgent, the therapist who conducted the facial was kind and polite and instantly made me feel relaxed and my skin was glowing afterwards , however I had booked 2 treatments back to back and was informed afterwards that I had a 30 minute window before my pedicure as the facial had ‘finished early’ which left me wondering if it should have been a longer treatment. The pedicure was a little rushed and the therapist who gave me the treatment wasn’t particularly warm or welcoming however my pedicure was very good.

My treatment was great, the only annoyance was I booked this appointment in November, the appointment was changed by the salon in January to a date that did not suit so I changed it to early Saturday. This was then changed due to staff unavailability to an afternoon appointment. This in turn led to all car parks and high street parking areas being full. I had to park some distance away and walk in heavy rain. I know these things are unavoidable at times but I booked my original date as I was off work that day

they went above and beyond to keep my spray tan dry as it was pouring rain outside they've gave me waterproof gloves and a bin bag to shield my face and head, legends! its the little things like this that make all the difference, a great business with amazing staff 10/10

My first time having a spray tan and my therapist made the whole experience so comfortable and easy. I had been a little aprehensive but Claire was very kind and put me at ease. Would recommend.

Nice quick and easy spray tan appointment. It was my first one so some tips on what to do before and after would have been helpful (eg when to exfoliate and shave before and to wear dark, loose clothing to the appointment, and then after how to shower and prolong the tan.) Overall the tan was quite even but did have some patches on my hands.
