I’ve just had my first spray tan ever with Lisa at LG Beauty, and she made the whole experience so comfortable and relaxed. Stripping down for a spray tan can be nerve-wracking, but Lisa put me right at ease – it honestly felt like chatting with a friend. She’s such a lovely person and so skilled at what she does; my tan looks amazing, and I can’t wait to show it off on Sunday! Thank you so much, Lisa! I’ll definitely be back for more treatments ASAP! I’ve been coming to Lois at Serenity for quite a while and she is amazing. She makes me feel so comfortable in whatever treatment I’m having. She’s the best at spray tanning - I have one every week and she does a fabulous job shaping my brows. I was always nervous to get a bikini wax but Lois puts you so at ease and the results are perfect.

Absolutely loved every moment being pampered! Lisa made me feel at ease, that much so I asked if she had time to do my toes as well as fingers. It was my first time having a spray tan after the bad experience I had years ago somewhere else. I felt comfortable, Lisa talked me through everything first and kept checking I was okay through out. Frist impressions when you walk in to the bespoke built therapy space are of calmness, cosiness and serenity. Lisa instantly makes you feel at ease; she is kind, friendly and professional. I had the bruccal facial because I have TMJ and have suffered lock jaw a couple of times. This was completely new to me but it was a wonderful experience. Lisa explained everything and talked me through each technique prior to carrying it out. I have learned techniques to relieve jaw/joint pressure which I can do myself each. It was also a very relaxing experience too.
