Absolutely amazing sports massage from David. I have had hip pain that has prevented me from running. David has sorted this out with a combination of techniques including sports massage, acupuncture and cupping. I feel so much more confident going forward to my upcoming hyrox. A 'side affect' of the massage is that I had the best nights sleep last night that I have had for ages. Highly recommend David - so knowledgable and skilled at what he does.

My daughter and I had our ears pierced just over 3 weeks ago. Elmo was super friendly, patient and knowledgeable. She was amazing with both of us as we were a bit anxious. She answered all questions and provided us with useful aftercare information. The piercings are healing really nicely and look lovely. I would highly recommend Asgard Winchester and Elmo.

The pregnancy massages I have been having have been brilliant. They help me with my pelvic girdle pain and sleep. Siobhan creates a really relaxing and soothing environment. She removes all my muscle knots and I always leave feeling more comfortable that when I arrive. These massage have been a highlight during the pregnancy and worth every penny. I highly recommend them. I have tried other massage places but none have been as good as Winchester Massage Therapies.
