From start to finish, the whole experience was amazing- and the therapist truly made it. She was so profesional gentle. And clearly knew exactly what she was doing. She made me feel comfortable and at ease and tailored everything perfectly to my skin. I had the fire and Ice facial which was truly incredible- you can literally feel it working. My skin feels smoother, looks brighter and has that fresh glowing look straight away. Honestly, it was such a lovely experience made even better by a highly talented therapist. Highly recommend. A Natural Need is a secret gem in Hertford. They offer a huge range of treatments - more than any other salon. The facials are the best. I recently had a peel which included a mask - I've never had a mask with a peel at other salons. The service & prices are great. Thank you :)

Turn off the phone, take a deep breath and before my massage even begins I can feel The Deep House magic starting to work. This was my 3rd massage with Ashley and yet again it was amazing, far and away the best massages I have ever had. The Deep House experience is not just about the massage though, everything is so well considered, the heated table which is comfy and cosy, the room so warm and calming to the relaxing music and scents. Ashley really has curated the most beautiful space, There is no question of 'if' I'll come back, only when.
