I have been seen by Stephan as I was having problems with my neck, he was able to fit me in as soon as possible which happened to be the next day. My neck was so painful I could not sleep or move my neck/head in any direction after 45 minutes I was able to move my head easily and the constant pain had gone away. I really recommend Stephan at the Amatsu centre as he is a master in the art of Amatsu and a lovely and friendly gentleman. David from Abergavenny.

I’ve had the pleasure of visiting New Chapter Massage twice now, and both experiences were absolutely wonderful. From the moment you walk in, the atmosphere is calm, welcoming, and beautifully relaxing. My first visit was for a full body massage, and it exceeded my expectations. Nell was not only professional but also incredibly attentive to my bodies needs. I returned for a facial massage and was equally impressed. Nell took time to understand my preferences and I drifted off into a deep sleep. It was incredibly relaxing. Both sessions were marked by genuine care and attention.

After the treatment I walked around Abergavenny without my ankle supports, so thank you so much, they were both much better.

My treatment with Nell more than lived up to my hopes! Nell’s massage movements were very intuitive, and I felt as though my muscles were melting. I’m definitely going to take time for me with regular treatments, and highly recommend Nell.

Another amazing massage with Nell! This time I had a lifting facial massage, it was so relaxing and just what I needed after a busy and stressful few weeks. I also had awful hay fever and the facial massage helped me so much!! Highly recommend.

My second visit today. I can not believe how different I feel after one Acupuncture and Amatsu therapy with Stefan. I could not walk properly without my walking stick since 2010. But with Stefan's amazing Acupuncture and manipulation with his healing hands, I have ditched the stick and feel that I no longer need it. My back and neck feel so much better than it ever was.
