Painful experience as always as it’s laser tattoo removal, however Adam always tries to make sure I’m calm and keep conversation to make the process and time go quick with least focus on the pain. Thankyou ☺️

Absolutely loved my Japanese head spa experience, The massage was so relaxing and Bekki created such a welcoming and calming atmosphere. My hair has never felt so soft and clean, she worked wonders on my scalp!! A must-try if you want to de-stress and give your scalp and hair some love!

Can I score higher than 5 please the gentleman who greeted us as we went into shop was so friendly and polite, He was very knowledgeable saved us .u h aggro. Beccy was my piercer she was polite sensitive to my needs we had a good laugh and it calmed me down. The piecing was done with ease over and done within seconds I would definitely recommend this place and it's staff the atmosphere was claim and everywhere was so clean. Thankyou Beccy you a mre a star

Such an amazing experience all the way through, from being greeted at the door to having the tattoo to getting aftercare advice. I had the honour of having Kiah doing my tattoo. I can say hand on heart she was the best tattoo artist I've ever had the pleasure of meeting. Kiah was incredibly friendly and kind whilst maintaining a high standard of professionalism. My wife got her nose pierced. They were super quick and efficient. Explained how it would be pierced, explained what options, stud or ring, explained after care really clearly. Definitely would recommend.
