I had a great experience at LNO today. I was greeted by Dom whom gave me a warm welcome and made me feel relaxed. Dom was very professional and had fantastic communication skills, I knew exactly what was happening and what he was going to do. Got my nose pierced today and am not the biggest fan of needles. Dom explained everything step by step and was extremely patient with me. I love my new piercing received great aftercare instructions as well as advice on when to book in for a downsizing, etc. Would 100% recommend Lno and am do glad I found them!
