Super service from start to finish. Very professional booking system with all the information regarding tattoo care and pre information. A lovely family run service. Alectra was very thorough and thoughtful in making sure the tattoo was the best size and in the best placement. I even got a lolly after the tattoo was completed. Thank you :)

Best tattoo experience and favourite tattoo I've had! 😃 From start to finish, the booking process and forms were easy to navigate (especially for someone with neurodiversity anxiety), the studio is gorgeous and calm, and the whole atmosphere puts you at ease. Honestly recommend to anyone, particularly imagine would be amazing for a first tattoo experience. Bruce and Alectra you are an absolute joy and a credit, you have a new customer for life now! Charlotte is incredible! I went to her three years ago for combination brows, and recently got a 3D hair stroke top-up. Her expertise showed as she provided helpful information and numbed the area before the procedure. Throughout the tattoo process, she kept me at ease with her friendly and chatty nature. I can't recommend her enough-my eyebrows look fluffy and fantastic!

Charlotte is a very talented artist. I've only ever been to her in the 4+ years of having my eyebrows tattooed because she does such a fantastic job! I was turned down from other places because I am male, and have hardly any of my own eyebrows so they needed drawing on from scratch, but Charlotte didn't bat an eye. my eyebrows are tattooed in a very natural, flattering shape for my face while also looking like they are, softly, expertly pencilled in. She takes the time to do the job properly and pays impeccable attention to detail. My eyebrows are perfect. I can't thank Charlotte enough!

Lovely clean and smart studio and great tattoo artists. There’s parking near by, hot drinks which are made by them and nice heaters to keep you warm. Overall an amazing experience and will definitely be going back

Spotlessly clean salon. I cannot believe how wonderful an idea that I had, has turned out! So much care and attention was taken to the finished design and even though it is only a tiny tattoo it is just what I wanted. The salon has a lovely atmosphere, very welcoming. I was offered a drink and sweeties. No feeling of being rushed, so relaxed. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them

Fantastic service from Charlotte as ever. Having your lips tattooed is not the most pleasant experience I’ve ever had but Charlotte applies plenty of numbing cream and is really reassuring. The results make it well worth any discomfort - it must be as I’ve just returned for a top- up over 12 months later! So pleased with the colour and shape 👏👏
