I was very nervous before my lip tattoo because I’d heard it would be painful and cause swelling for days. However, Anna was incredibly experienced and talented, and the whole process was surprisingly comfortable. Despite my low pain tolerance, I’d rate the pain only 1/10, with some areas completely painless. Anna assured me her technique and needle type would prevent swelling, and she was absolutely right 5.5 hours later, I still have no swelling. I’ve already received so many compliments on the results and would highly recommend Anna to anyone considering tattoo work.

Isabella was very lovely and accommodating! She answered my questions perfectly and constantly reassured me throughout my appointment (cosmetic brow tattoo) as it was my first time getting a cosmetic procedure. She throughly explained the aftercare procedure but also redirected me to the website should I forget! Thank you Isabella, I love my new brows!

Stell was amazing—friendly, communicative and accommodating, adjusting my treatments to be pregnancy safe. I explained my brows aren’t naturally level due to a slight facial droop, and for the first time they’ve looked genuinely symmetrical. I wish I’d found Mediluxe before my wedding! The whole experience was so relaxing, and Stell even closed the front doors during my facial so it was completely uninterrupted. I had the Brow Sculpt & Colour, Face Waxing and HydraGLOW Pigmentation Protocol Facial. Highly recommend! Only downside is you can hear the shopping centre outside.
