Absolutely loved my experience! My eyelash extensions came out beautiful full, natural-looking, and exactly what I wanted. My eyebrow sculpting and dye were also done perfectly, with so much attention to detail. The technician was professional, friendly, and made me feel so comfortable throughout the appointment. I had my eyebrows tattooed by Daniela today and couldn't be happier. She took the time to explain the process, listened to what I wanted, made helpful suggestions, and drew the shape first so I could approve it. The whole experience was calm, relaxing and professional. The chair was so comfortable, with a cosy blanket, that I actually fell asleep! Daniela was gentle, caring and checked on me throughout, applying numbing cream as needed. I highly recommend Daniela and the team at Monarch.

Andre is always able to put my mind at ease for each procedure. I’m very happy with the result each time. I compare my arm tattoo that I’m getting removed compared to tattoos that I’m keeping and I can see the difference is blatantly obvious. I’d say they are maybe ⅔ lighter/disappearing. I’m not going to sugar coat it, it’s fecking painful but it’s gonna be painful where ever you go, you just won’t have as nicer guy as Andre. Thanks mate for my ongoing treatment.
