Where do I start, I had eyebrow tattoo removal from over 6 years ago. I was really nervous as I didn’t know the best way to go about this. I met Sarah and she immediately made me feel at ease. She answered all my questions although some may of sounded silly but she made me feel so comfortable the whole time. During the process she was so caring and even the days following she didn’t hesitate to answer any of my questions. I couldn’t recommend her enough.

Anne is gorgeous, she has been so patient with me throughout my eyebrow microblading journey. I have not been one to invest in my appearance from a cosmetic perspective and had expected something as drastic as a face tattoo would be quite daunting but Anne ensured it was quite the opposite. She stepped me through each stage at a pace and style I was comfortable with. I have just been for a 12 month touch up and its like catching up with an old friend with a side of eyebrow perfection. Cannot recommend highly enough.

You must experience Melbourne Designer Brows in Richmond Ann is far superior to Amy Jean or Lux Brows in ESSENDON Fields, the most superior customer service and has perfected the brows, my second visit and I would never go anywhere else 🤩🙌 do yourself a favour she is fabulous 🥰

I have had a color tattooed on my lips.. Looks fantastic so when l get up in the morning. Now l have had my lips done, my eyebrows done & my eyeliner done so after cleansing my face. I’m set to go out for the day.

I’m extremely happy with my service. I’ve had my eye brows tattooed & my eye liner top & bottom. I felt no pain in fact l almost fell asleep. I have no trouble in recommending Hoa, she is excellent. Wow I drove up from Torquay just to visit this salon after not finding anything locally. I was so impressed with Sarah she went over everything from color to style to aftercare and I felt very much at ease with her .. She drew in the eyeliner first and tweaked a few things prior to starting the tattoo. Once she started it felt pretty quick very minimal pain I would say more of an unusual feeling rather than painful or uncomfortable .. The end result is wonderful I'm so thrilled .. So I would suggest another 60 year old thinking about this Sarah is your girl

I got my lip tattoo touched up and first-time lash line, and I WISH I DID IT SOONER. Lash line enhancement is the biggest game changer. Both were very comfortable and it is always amazing to catch up with Fiona - I cannot recommend enough!

Warmly welcomed by Sarah and Said. I had the 1st of 6 laser hair removal sessions. The whole process was easy, informative, the area was marked out for approval before commencement and appropriate aftercare clearly explained. Lovely, relatively pain free experience, and I am looking forward to my next appt. Sarah also took time to discuss her eyebrow tattoo techniques and experience, with photos, as I expressed a future interested in this service as well. Highly recommend Phi ! 👌
