I had a facial with Lori and it was fabulous! She is gentle and it was very relaxing! She had lots of information and suggestions. She was also patient with all my questions. I look forward to another facial with her very soon. Definitely will be my go to for facials in Winchester.

My first time visiting the ritual spa and certainly won’t be my last. My massage with Cynthia was incredible! She really focused on my problem areas and I left feeling so relaxed. That was the epitome of a perfect spa experience. The hotel is awesome, can feel the history as soon as you step inside. The spa itself has a relaxing atmosphere and is very user friendly. And Ciara delivered one of the best massages I've ever had. It was on par with my favorite massage therapists after many sessions to get to know my body and issues. And on the first visit. Incredibly intuitive. Can't recommend Ritual Spa and Ciara enough! Perfection.

I had the ultimate relaxing experience at The Ritual Spa! First I spent time in the pool and hot tub which got me into a relaxing mood. Then I had a facial with Rhiannon. She customized it just for me and listened to my skin concerns. The head massage included was amazing! Then I had a full body massage with Sierra, which was also customized to me and SO good! The whole atmosphere was so gorgeous with so many special extras like a comfy robe, slippers, and even snacks. You absolutely must try this place!

I loved both the massage and the scrub treatment. The staff were friendly and professional. It was obvious they were practiced masseuse. The spa space was perfect for a soothing experience. My skin feels amazing from the scrub treatment.

This was amazing. A very relaxing experience tailored to your skin and body. I've had facials and body care that cost way more and weren't even worth a quarter of this experience. The scalp massage was a beautiful touch, as was the product recommendation without pushing products. Will return (and I'm a hard sell!)

I started in the pool and jacuzzi, which was the perfect way to relax and ease into the day. After that, I had a 60-minute massage—and it was absolutely phenomenal. I love deep tissue work, and the therapist did not disappoint. I left feeling completely recharged. Highly recommend!
