I had an amazing deep tissue massage with Karla! She was professional, attentive, and really took the time to understand where I was holding tension. The pressure was perfect, and I could tell she genuinely cared about making sure I was comfortable throughout the entire massage. I left feeling so much more relaxed and less tense. Karla did an excellent job, and I would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a great deep tissue massage. I’ll absolutely be booking with her again!

Stephanie and her team are incredibly talented, knowledgeable, and go above and beyond to provide the best care to their patients. Everyone at LePhysique makes me feel well cared for- lots of attention to detail in everything they do. Made what could have been a difficult recovery, an absolute breeze. I can’t recommend Steph and everyone of the women on her team enough!

I’ve been going to Karla at HBL Spa for 6 months, and I can honestly say she is the best. From day one she made me feel completely comfortable and listened carefully to what I wanted. Her professionalism really stands out, and she consistently delivers amazing results. Karla is warm and personable, which makes every visit something I look forward to. She takes her time to explain what she is doing and offers great advice for maintenance between appointments. If you’re looking for someone who truly cares about their clients and takes pride in their work, I highly recommend Karla.

Stephanie at LePhysique is amazing! After a bad experience with my post-op care, she made me feel so at ease. She’s kind, knowledgeable, and provided more guidance than my own surgeon. I felt a difference after just one session and was so glad I bought a package before starting. So grateful I found her — highly recommend to anyone needing post-op care or lymphatic drainage massage!
