I had such a wonderful experience at Jen Head Spa in San Jose! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was calming and welcoming. I had my session with Tina, and she was absolutely amazing—professional, gentle, and incredibly attentive throughout the whole treatment. The entire experience was deeply relaxing. You can really tell they care about every detail—from the soothing environment to the technique. I left feeling refreshed, pampered, and completely relaxed. This was my first visit, but definitely not my last. Highly recommend if you’re looking to unwind and treat yourself!

Amazing service. Scheduled my fiancé the full Jen Head treatment for her birthday. They threw in an extra lip service at no cost as a birthday present. Very friendly. Very knowledgeable when it comes to a dry scalp. Amazing job, my fiancé was very happy and looked extremely relaxed at the end. Smells great walking in. Calm relaxing atmosphere. Highly recommend Jen Head Spa.

Such a serene experience! It was thoroughly relaxing and my hair hasn't felt this clean and soft in years! I injured my right hand a few months ago so it's been really difficult to wash my hair, this is exactly what I needed. Thanks Jen head spa! :)

I had the most relaxing experience at Jen Head Spa. I tried the Jen Signature and the 24K Gold Luxury, and both were absolutely worth it. The treatments felt indulgent yet therapeutic — my scalp and face felt deeply cleansed, refreshed, and revitalized. Hannah took care of me, and she was amazing — gentle, attentive, and made the whole experience feel so calming and personalized. I left feeling lighter, refreshed, and honestly a little spoiled. I had such a wonderful experience at Jen Head Spa. All of their services feel incredibly premium, and the products they use are top-quality, everything smells so clean, soothing, and luxurious. The entire team treats you so well, and from the moment you walk in, you feel pampered and cared for. I booked the 35-minute scalp cleanup, and Tina was my hair specialist. She was amazing! She didn’t skip a single step and gave so much attention to detail. My scalp feels thoroughly cleaned, refreshed, and lighter than it has in a long time. I left feeling deeply relaxed and so happy with the results.

The Jen Signature treatment was very relaxing. I got a nice scalp scrub and neck/ shoulder/ back massage. The facial was also a nice touch, giving a well rounded spa treatment. 10/10 highly recommend!

I had a head spa session today at Jen’s head spa with Tina and the whole experience was incredible, relaxing and rejuvenating. Tina did an amazing job. I throughly enjoyed it. Highly recommend both the spa and Tina for anyone looking for a truly refreshing experience.

This was amazing!!! I’m still in bliss after my experience with Lisa. I brought 7 girls with me all for a spa day and each of us had a different technician to do the Deep Scalp Therapy, and literally none of us had a single bad thing to say. The entire staff is super helpful and caring, I’ve never had a more relaxing experience. They massaged our head, neck, shoulders, and arms, and gave all of us the cleanest hair and scalp we’ve ever had lol. If I could give 6 stars I would!

This was my first time at a head spa. I must say it exceeded my expectations. Hannah was incredible! The back massage was perfect and the head spa was invigorating. The whole experience was relaxing and I can’t wait to go back.

Hanna was fantastic. Experienced and professional. My facial, head spa treatment and massage were excellent . The atmosphere of the spa was pleasant, relaxing and unpretentious. I was welcomed in and made comfortable immediately. The over all experience welcoming, and comfortable. Truly, Jen Head Spa is a hidden gem.

My daughter got me a gift certificate, and I wasn't really sure what to expect but Jen's head spa definitely went above and beyond any expectations I had. I brought my friend for her birthday and we got the 90 minute Jen's special with the facial. The experience was absolutely amazing beginning with the scalp assessment, a back massage including some hot stones, then the neck and scalp treatment with the facial, finishing with the foot soak and blow dry. We were relaxed and glowing when we left, and already planning our next visit. Tina and Lina were amazing therapist ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Jen Head Spa was a lovely and relaxing experience for me and my partner. It was our first time trying a hair spa and didn’t know what to expect. We bought the Getaway package of the basic scalp therapy and relaxing facial as a way to get to know the place. The scalp therapy was amazing and my scalp felt much cleaner afterwards. The blow dry at the end is just that - a blow dry. So don’t expect more. The facial was relaxing, but basic. If you want a more inclusive facial service, don’t book the Getaway. Get an actual facial. Overall, it’s a nice place.

It's a small shop but the attention atmosphere is relaxing and Hanna was excellent! This was my first scalp massage/head bath spa experience and it was divine! As an African American weigh 4B/C hair, I was concerned about the products used and styling but the products used were fine and I brought my own leave in conditioner and hair setting foam for a curly set with a partial diffuser dry instead of the blow dry that was included. I think I might get my scalp massaged here once a month! The facial and back massage were great too!

My friend and I went to deep scalp therapy. Linda and Katie were really amazing. We felt totally pampered by them. It starts with a quick scalp analysis. They give you a warming eye mask then treat and steam your hair. Then they do multiple hair washes. The massages were so amazing and relaxing. It ends with a blow dry and a foot soak. I felt so comfortable the entire time. I would definitely come back and recommend to friends! For the price in the Bay Area, I would say it is worth. Plenty of parking but a little bit of a sketchy area.

First time experience at Jen Head Spa. I was so excited.I set up a mother's and daughter's day as an early mommy's day. The staff were very nice, professional, and accommodating. One of my daughter's and I did the whole Jen head spa package 90 min with another 60 min. 2.30 hours of pampering was awesome our masseuses we very friendly and caring to our bodies. My other daughter did the head, neck massage with a facial and the extra 60 min full body massage which she enjoyed as well. We were all pleased and happy with the services performed and we mos definitely recommend! Thank you JSpa

Hannah is always amazing! I have been to Velvet head spa and now know the difference that Jen head spa is clearly better. Jen can improve on the location, but the technique and the service is superior. Will be back soon!

Extremely relaxing and informative Learned about my angry scalp, and left feeling squeaky clean. The massages were a spectacular add on, i struggle with TMJ and migraines so the facial acupressure was dreamy. Left with my scalp and skin looking 10 times better. Hope to be back soon

This was my first facial and scalp massage and it was amazing. The spa space is very clean and the staff are very nice. I had my appointment with Katy and can’t wait to go see her again. Katy was very good about saying what treatment was next and her massage was a great balance of firm and calming. She did such an excellent job on my facial and the scalp cleaning and massage made a huge difference. They actually show you the before and after with a small camera that use on the scalp. The spa also had all the little extras to make the experience even better. I will definitely return soon!

I have been here before. 1st time exp was great! Today was a bit mid. The massage was great but I wished she not only focused on the right side but also the left. I felt like throughout the whole appt. The left side probably got maybe 20% of what the right side had. Given I should have said something, next time I will. But in all honesty shouldn't it be symmetrical? I would come back again. The head spa and facial part was good. Overall, could be better for the 190 I paid for and I did tip since I did receive service that wasnt bad but wasnt great either. I hope next visit will be better. I wa

Great experience. Staff was very friendly. The massage was relaxing. My scalp/hair felt so clean afterwards. Seeing the difference on camera was also really cool. I will definitely be back.
