First time at Zen Scalp Spa, and my first scalp spa treatment. Loved it! The experience from start to finish was very relaxing and therapeutic. My practitioner, Yuki, was very thorough, informative (we navigated the language barrier), and gentle or firm as needed. The place itself is lovely and the front desk staff was very helpful, both on the phone and in person checking me in and out...I didn't feel pressured to purchase their packages but I'll definitely be back. Truly wonderful experience!

This treatment feels like it should be $600 dollars. I get the $189 one and it’s 100% worth it. I have super thick coarse hair and going through my whole scalp with a comb is so freaking satisfying. The shampoos like don’t end and i always think during it - “I am going to save all my money to only spend it on these treatments for the rest of my life” also massages. Have been to another place an influencer posted about in West Hollywood. This one SO much better

Wonderful experience at my 1st ever scalp spa. The space was clean, quiet & relaxing. Everyone was friendly & welcoming. The “Classic” deep cleaning and scalp massage was impressive. Though there was some neck/shoulder massage, the focus is on scalp care. I experienced no pulling of tangles nor water in my ears which I truly appreciate. You leave with dry hair but don’t expect a hairstyle because, again, the focus is on scalp health. Overall, a relaxing ZEN experience! I left with my hair still smelling amazing and no more itchy scalp. The before/after pictures on the monitor were fascinating.

This was my first scalp spa experience - (I actually had never heard of it before a couple of weeks ago) and it won't be my last. I've been looking for solutions for dandruff and hair loss since 2020 with no avail. They really took the time to tell me what was going on with my scalp and hair. The treatment was wonderful and relaxing. I left with my head feeling so clean, so light and there was hope yet! No pressure to purchase a package (I actually asked them if they had any packages ). Both ladies working were so extremely kind, and everything was very clean. 10/10. 5 stars. A+

I really enjoyed my experience at Zen Scalp Spa. It’s like a facial, but for your scalp. It's super relaxing, and the results were pretty unreal. I had no idea how much buildup and dandruff was hiding under the surface of my hair until I saw the before & after photos. The spa is clean, the staff is very welcoming, and the whole vibe is calming. The only thing I wish they did more of was explaining the products being used and what each step was for during the process. Otherwise, it was such a great experience, and I’d definitely come back for another session.

It was my first time so I decided to do the simple scalp spa. It was a fast and easy process first looking at the before status/condition of my scalp and then the run down of the after look. She walked me through it all and treated me very well during my service! Would recommend, especially after traveling.

Yuki is amazing! This is the most relaxing treatment and you can see the difference in your scalp with the before and after pics. I love this place!

A friend recommended this to me and I'm so glad I went. If you've never done this before, it begins with some super close-up "before" pictures of your scalp (which are kind of icky), but you can see the difference at the end. Then your scalp is massaged, washed and conditioned in several different ways, then combed and blow-dried. Overall it's a relaxing experience (though occasionally feels like a firm massage), and my hair looks and feels luxurious now. I'm sure I'll be doing this again!
