I've been going to Sawasdee for years, every time I come to Las Vegas. The spa is welcoming, spotlessly clean, and I always receive an authentic Thai massage by a skilled masseuse. This visit, I was lucky to get my favorite masseuse, Orn. It was great to see her again after over a year. I'll definitely be back on my next visit.

Every time we visit Las Vegas, we book a massage here. If you want to feel completely relaxed and refreshed you MUST go here! The massages are out of this world, I had areas on my arms and legs I didnt even know were sore! The staff is friendly and professional. Top notch massages, we can't wait to come back!

The most relaxing 1.5 hours! They start by taking pictures of my scalp (top is before treatment, bottom is after). You can see how much residue has been scraped off my scalp and the treatment increased blood flow and the follicles and scalp look so much cleaner and healthier! The treatment room has a huge relaxing video screen and whole body massage chairs. Pure heavenly experience in Las Vegas. As a nurse who does hair/scalp treatments with microneedling and PRP injections on my patients suffering from thinning hair, this is a relaxing treatment I would definitely recommend to my patients!

Excellent experience! I’ve been getting Thai massages for 7 years ! This by far was the best! Apple was my therapist and really worked out my muscles! She was so good I’ll visit Vegas monthly just to get a massage! The place was also welcoming and clean . Great ambiance . I sat and relaxed post massage for an additional 15 minutes! Thanks again Lavish, I truly needed the relaxing experience

Once you’ve experienced a Thai massage, which can be really intense, any other massage seems like a waste of time. Sawasdee Thai Spa is uniquely wonderful and even better than those I had in Thailand. Lucky for Las Vegas we have this spa in our community.

My first visit to a head spa anywhere and happy to say it was an amazing experience. My hair therapist, Ashley, did a great job making me feel comfortable but more importantly coming out with very clean and soft hair. Will definitely return on my next visit to Las Vegas!

The facial and massage was the best I've had in a very long time. I felt so relaxed and pampered. The spa is clean and beautifully decorated. Soft music and lighting add to the tranquil atmosphere. I will definitely return.

Another great Massage Experience at Lavish Thai spa! today my wife and I went because we both had very sore and tight muscles and were in some pain. We had Linda and Jam and as always, with their great massage techniques, we come away feeling so much better and with relaxed muscles. We can't thank them enough! We will continue to return to Lavish Spa for our massages!

First time client: I purchased the hour Luxury massage- it was too light for me. I guess I like my massages more intense! I will be choosing the deep tissue massage next time. The spa was very clean and calming. The employees know how to make a client feel relaxed: soothing voices, light music, ambiance. Received a free hot tea after my session!

I had my first head spa experience with Taylor Devaney and it was absolutely amazing! She did such a fantastic job and made the entire experience so relaxing and enjoyable. Taylor explained everything step by step, which made me feel completely comfortable and informed throughout the process. You can truly tell she cares about her clients and loves what she does. I honestly couldn’t have asked for someone better for my first experience — highly recommend her! ✨

This was the most phenomenal experience of our lives! As someone who has done lots of spa treatments throughout my life, this was by far the best one and I would pick this over a standard massage, facial, etc any day. Everyone was so friendly and the treatment room was beyond relaxing. We will definitely be back next time we are in town but also hope you open a location in NC soon so we can get a membership! Totally booked this place on a whim. They took me same day. Arguably the best massage experience in all of Vegas (and I’ve tried my share) All the staff were very welcoming and kind. My massage therapist was incredibly skilled. She did an amazing job and I felt amazing afterwards. 100% recommend if you’re looking for a great massage treatment. I recommend Luxury Thai Spa. The first time I came here was a couple years ago and I felt amazing afterwards. So I came back and again I felt amazing. Dee was amazing and kept asking how the pressure was which no one really ask that. She worked on the places I needed the massage and she took the knots out. Again I recommend this place and will be back soon.
