From the moment I walked in, the space felt calm and welcoming, and she took the time to really listen to my problem areas from a recent surgery. First time ever getting a hot stone massage. Hands down, this is my favorite type of massage. My body so needed this badly as I had knots in my neck & shoulders and I've had cramping in my lower legs & feet. Shae worked her magic with her healing hands. My experience with Shae was great. She offered a chatty session or a quiet session and it felt nice to relax while also getting things off my chest. She let me know when I was not relaxing fully and helped me ease into the process of doing massages more regularly. She is very knowledgeable and the space is cozy.
