Mikaela was very knowledgeable about the PRF treatment for my under eye area. Little to no pain and I felt very comfortable chatting while having my treatment. I loved the vibe when walking in , it doesn’t have the “med spa” feell which I love. Everything was very clean and professional. Highly recommend

Incredible work. I’m a LMT and was looking for affordable work in Boston and took a chance on this place bc I love Thai massage. My therapist Liz was incredible, so skilled and attentive. She focused on the issues I discussed and deliver intentional, effective work the entire 90 min. Will definitely be going back thank you so much!

Ana is the best! Bottom line sweetest person ever. She’s extremely soft with her hands. The studio is beautiful and super relaxing. She will never leave a scar on your face. She also uses the best products and recommends them as well. Totally worth it. The way she messages my face is to die for. Definitely need to book with her ASAP. P.S her spots fill up fast my ;)

Ana is the best Esthetician in Boston ! Actually, I have lived in other states and never found an esthetician who could compare to Ana. I call her my face angel :) She has performed peels and super hydrating facials, plus facials that I just needed to de-stress. Her product knowledge and how she watches your skin respond during the facial is over and above what other estheticians I have gone to were able to do. If you want the best; if you want your skin to improve; if you are tired of going to esthetician's who don't make a difference, you need to go to Skin Care by Ana Merino !

All the staff here is so kind and reassuring. You walk in and immediately are met with the best hype team in Boston. Nurse Mikaela was such a pleasure to work with. They are all educated and incredibly talented injectors!

First of all… What a warm greeting from all staff. Jackie and the other girls that work there are welcoming, kind, and beyond helpful. I brought my daughter in for laser hair removal, and she was nervous because it was a new service to her. She was made to feel comfortable and relaxed from the onset. Everything was explained to her and she handled it like a champion. We made all follow up appointments and we bought some nice skin care products that were recommended, age-appropriate and on price point!! We cannot say enough about how much we love Lip Loft in their incredibly knowledgeable staff

The experience was healing my body was so tight. I needed to relax and Dina, really concentrated on those stiff areas. She is a great massage therapist, very kind and she's strong, and I like that. Nice clean spa! Very good service and staff. I booked a 60 min massage session, had upper and lower back pain, after massage session feels like all stress and pain in my back is resolved, very good experience! I will definitely rebook session!

Awesome spa day at the lip loft per usual! First time getting a hydra-facial with Kaleigh has my skin glowing .Definitely recommend adding on the LED light treatment. Mikaela was great and customized my Botox treatment based on my personal preferences.

I have been going every month for over 5 years, since 2019 and it’s the best thing I do for my self care treat. Not only is my skin almost flawless. It is also such a relaxing experience. Ana is tho best with peel, facials and dermaplaning. Check her availability, make you appointment and repeat.
