I had a beautiful first experience coming to the rest spa. Greeted by a lovely young lady, who right away got me started took me through what I would be doing which was great. I am not normally one for go spaces but found the infrared sauna amazing. Had a lovely horoi before getting into my robe and been greeted by another lovely young lady whom took me for my first Swedish massage which I absolutely loved and my body definitely needed it. I had a great afternoon and left feeling very relaxed. Nga Mihi

Honestly my favourite spa in Gisborne. I absoloutely love Sarah, from my waxing appointment. She's so experienced and makes me feel so comfortable. The rest of the staff are lovely and kind aswell. The buisness itself is just so high quality and run so smoothly. thank you for creating this space!

What a beautiful experience this was! From the moment I stepped in I was welcomed by two beautiful, friendly ladies. If you’re after a relaxing, some me time, I would definitely recommend this! You walk away feeling like a new person! I love that in this massage you get your face and head massaged too! It’s a great way to melt away the stress, left feeling recharged and to just enjoy the moment The only thing that was hard, was when your trying to relax and have your massage because there is other treatments too there can be more noise then you’d like.

It’s was my first time having a Swedish Massage. I was a little nervous, thinking it may be painful, but it was absolutely amazing! It felt so therapeutic. Every muscle got worked on, and my body felt totally rejuvenated afterwards. This will definitely need to be a regular thing! Naomi is the best massage therapist in Gisborne!

Great massage with Dayna, excellent service from the team as always. Most relaxing setting right by from when you step through the doors. The tea, treat and water after a spa treatment are always a lovely way to ease back into reality after a luxurious relax

Very clean - facilities in the Flotation room were excellent. Shower good, Bodywash, Shampoo and Conditioner and Towels all provided. Receptionist was very helpful explaining everything. Quiet location helped the mood. Will go again on a future trip to Gisborne

My body was in need of a massage after running a half-marathon on the weekend. Martina did an excellent job on my tired muscles. She had the perfect pressure with a relaxing flow. It was exactly what my body needed. The sauna and ice bath also worked wonders for recovery after my run! I highly recommended Rest Float Spa for all your recovery needs!

It was my first time at this place and first time doing sauna. The lady who was working was lovely! She was friendly and helpful and it helped eased my anxiety about trying something new. I found the sauna to be quite relaxing and therapeutic. I walked out feeling recharged with fresh energy.
