I visited Bamboo Spa Botany this morning and had a one-hour massage with Alyn. I’ve been suffering from neck and shoulder tension, frequent headaches, and poor sleep lately. Alyn’s massage was exactly what I needed — her pressure was perfect, and she focused on the areas that were most tense. After the session, my headache was gone and my shoulders felt much lighter. I chose the one-hour massage to try it out, and now I’m definitely interested in exploring other treatments next time. The turmeric ginger tea served afterward was a lovely and soothing finish to the experience. Highly recommend.

My family (4people) had a massage at Bamboo Spa Botany we've been to many places, but we’ve found the right pressure for our tight muscle def a relief. traditional hilot sequence is still the best. Thank you so much ladies. We are definitely coming back.

Rochell did an absolutely amazing job! She’s not only skilled but also such a lovely and warm person. My whole body feels incredibly light and refreshed. It’s like a weight has been lifted. Pheng, the receptionist, was just as lovely. So welcoming and accommodating from the moment we walked in really made the whole experience great! Bamboo Spa Botany truly exceeded our expectations. My partner and I couldn’t be happier with the service, and we’re already looking forward to our next visit. Highly recommended to anyone looking for an exceptional and relaxing experience!

My husband and I had an amazing experience at Bamboo Spa in Botany. The ambiance was peaceful, and the staff were warm and professional. We chose the Hilot massage with cupping, and it was incredibly relaxing—perfect pressure and great technique. The cupping felt unusual at first but helped release deep tension. I left feeling lighter and refreshed. The hot towel and tea afterward were a thoughtful touch. Booking was easy, and the service was top-notch. Highly recommend for anyone needing a reset.

Had a great deep tissue massage . The therapist was super professional and really knew what she was doing. She worked out all the tension in my back and shoulders, and I felt so much better after. The space was clean and relaxing too. Definitely going back!

Tess was brilliant!! Perfect pressure. Found all the knots. Loved the large silky sheet to cover yourself (sometimes just a small sheet or towels not quiet enough). Very welcoming and oh so relaxing! Hope hubby has dinner sorted because I'm too chilled to care! Looking forward to going back....soon
