Great experience today, the infrared sauna was super relaxing after the gym. Also a lovely staff member explained everything well & gave me a bit more time after my time was up which was so kind of her. Will be back!

I loved the ambience once you enter. You get a sense of serenity and know your in a good place. Athea was respectful and didn’t do anything to make you feel uncomfortable. I never experienced a full body massage like it. I left feeling so relaxed like all the stress of the year just floated off your shoulders. I definitely recommend Bamboo Spa

"I had such a relaxing and rejuvenating experience with Thea the massage therapist, also they were friendly and attentive to my needs and created a calming atmosphere. We had an amazing couples massage at Siri Thai Massage in St Heliers. From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere was calm and welcoming. Both therapists were professional, attentive, and tailored the treatment to our needs. The pressure and technique were perfect—relaxing yet effective at easing tension. We left feeling refreshed, lighter, and completely relaxed. One of the best massage experiences we’ve had and we’ll definitely be back!

Always a relaxing massage at Siri in St Heliers! So good for the body and we always walk home lighter than when we arrived.

My daughter and I totally loved our cupping massage. Julie was good got into the tight spots of my should bland I didn’t realise how sore they were. Will definitely go again, my body felt soo relaxed and tired after my massage🥰 the price was right, value for money.

My full body massage was excellent. My therapist asked where she should concentrate to give me a best pain relief and her firm pressure was perfect. Felt fantastic when I left- I highly recommend this spa.

A first Thai massage. It was truly amazing. Great value and the lady really did explain what needed doing. My body feels so much more relaxed and movement is easier because of it.
