Η εμπειρία μου σε αυτό το σπα τι να πρώτο πω δεν ξέρω..... Ο χώρο φανταστικός πεντακαθαρος προσφέρει ηρεμία με το που περνάς την πόρτα..... Το προσωπικό υπέροχο χαμογελαστό , εξυπηρέτηση άψογη .. Τα εκανα όλα χαμάμ ,σάουνα,τζακουζι όλα όμως αυτό που με έκανε να χαλαρώσω πραγματικά ήταν τα χέρια της Εμμανουέλας!!!υπέροχη στη δουλειά της ,ξέρει ακριβώς τι χρειάζεται το σώμα για να χαλαρώσει ,δυνατό και χαλαρωτικό μασάζ μαζι...ότι έπρεπε..... Σας ευχαριστώ πάρα πολύ κάναμε μια φανταστική αρχή και σίγουρα θα με βλέπετε συχνά ....

Katerina was wonderful. She spent time untangling my knots. She also provided a gentle facial. It was a plus that the spa was just an elevator ride away from the hotel room. Perfect self-care after long-haul flights and lots of walking.

I came in so much in need of a massage last Thursday and got the best massage in Athens. Sumi, my masseuse was great and did what just my tired body needed after so much stress at work. I will definitely be back.

I would go as far as to say that was the best massage of my life and I’ve had a lot. I explained to the therapist my problem areas and she really focused on these well. I was immediately relieved of a lot of discomfort. Highly recommend if you’re in Athens and have a lot of muscle tension. Thank you!

Sumi - my masseuse- was absolutely amazing! This was my first massage ever, and I’m honestly tempted to go back before the end of my trip. The massage was very relaxing, and Sumi really worked on all of the knots that I had (and hadn’t even known about!) 10/10 would recommend to anyone visiting!

Έχω επισκεφτεί το σπα αρκετές φορές και γενικά το αγαπώ πολύ — είναι από τα αγαπημένα μου μέρη για χαλάρωση. Χθες όμως η εμπειρία μου δεν ήταν όπως παλιά. Υπήρχε αρκετή φασαρία από άλλους επισκέπτες και χάλασε λίγο η ηρεμία που το χαρακτηρίζει. Επίσης, μου λείπει ο παλιός φωτισμός στο χαμάμ και ο ουρανός του — ήταν πιο ατμοσφαιρικά και μου άρεσε περισσότερο. Εύχομαι να μην χαθεί αυτή η προσεγμένη αίσθηση που το έκανε τόσο ξεχωριστό.

I had a great experience with Vistar in Athens. It’s clear that he genuinely cares about helping his guests feel their best. The massage was thorough, professional, & customized to my specific needs. He is one of the few massage therapists I’ve encountered in a long time who was able to provide the deep-pressure massage I was looking for. The facilities were excellent as well, including both dry and wet saunas, which made the experience even more relaxing. Thank you, Vistar, for your attention to detail and exceptional service.

Reception was very pleasant. There was a very relaxing environment to the whole place. I was pleasantly surprised. The changing rooms were very clean and I had my own cabinet with a key and a rope. You could also shower and use a spa and there’s a small outdoor pool even. My masseuse, Alex, was excellent and very informative and catered to my needs. Will definitely come back.

In Athens for short time and decided to book a relaxing massage at the last minute. It was amazing. I highly recommend Chrysa. The atmosphere and the massage were a highlight of my trip.

Vistar did an exceptional job at loosening the muscles of my problem areas. It was so good, I asked to extend the time to a 90 minute massage. I will definitely ask for him again at future stays at the InterContinental Athens.

Amazing and relaxing experience. The spa facilities are beautiful and clean. I loved using the sauna and steam room prior to my massage / body treatments. The staff are professional and excellent at what they do. Highly recommend!

Le lieu est très joli et cosy. Le sauna et le massages étaient agréables. Nous aurions aimé un accueil un peu plus chaleureux, il était froid et groompy. Mais ce n'est pas grave.

Δεν ήταν απλά ένα μασάζ — ήταν σαν να πάτησα pause στον κόσμο για λίγο. Χέρια που ήξεραν ακριβώς πού να σταθούν, ρυθμός που σε ρίχνει σιγά σιγά σε απόλυτη χαλάρωση, και μια ενέργεια που σε κάνει να ξεχνάς τα πάντα. Σπάνια βρίσκεις ανθρώπους που αγαπούν τόσο αυτό που κάνουν — και αυτό φαίνεται σε κάθε κίνηση της!! Έφυγα πιο ελαφρια, πιο καθαρή, σχεδόν… reset.

Wir hatten eine couple Massage, sehr zu empfehlen. Etwas Wartezeit mussten wir trotz Reservierung mitbringen, aber an der Massage selbst war nichts auszusetzen. Außerdem war es sehr sauber und das Personal freundlich. Die Möglichkeit danach zu duschen gibt es auch. Gerne wieder wenn wir in Athen sind!

My personal experience at Cocoon Urban Spa was great. All the personnel is very friendly and polite. Dimitra Stamatiou, who did my treatment, was very good, asking frequently with a sincere interest, if I was ok during the treatment, showing high level of professionalism. I really enjoyed my experience and I would definitely recommend it.
