I have been coming to Hannah since she first started in Swansea. My monthly membership treatments with her are the highlight of my month. I have lived/travelled extensively around the world, and had many treatments. Hannah's massages and facials are definitely in the top three. Her firmness and lightness of touch are nothing short of intuitive! Hannah is friendly, personable and professional. I'm delighted to see how well she and her team have settled into their new premises, which perfectly reflect their ethos and quality of treatments. I wish you all a long, happy and fruitful future.

The New Spa is lovely, such a peaceful and beautiful environment to relax. The massagevwas great so relaxing and I could really feel the amazing work of releasing my knots on shoulders and my neck felt much longer! Highly recommend. Thank you.

I had a massage here today and it was absolutely outstanding from start to finish. The therapist was professional, welcoming, and immediately put me at ease. I arrived feeling incredibly tense and stressed, and left feeling completely relaxed and refreshed. The treatment itself was one of the best massages I've ever had. The pressure was perfect, attention to detail was exceptional, and every area of tension was carefully worked on. The environment was calm, clean, and relaxing, making the whole experience even better. I can't recommend Jennie enough!

The whole experience was 5 stars! The ambience of the spa as I walked in put me into a relaxed state before the massage even began. Jenny was very welcoming and took me to the room and gave clear instructions for me to get ready. The bed was soft, warm and comfortable, and the massage was excellent. I left feeling relaxed and refreshed!

I had a great experience at Urban Spa. The space is really nice with lots of thoughtful details that made it feel calm and welcoming. I had a back massage and an Indian head massage, both of which were really relaxing. I’d definitely recommend!

I had an amazing full body massage with Jen whic was the perfect way to wrap up my Christmas break. From start to finish, Jen’s skill and attentiveness were truly exceptional. She was able to apply just the right amount of pressure—firm where needed, yet gentle and relaxing in other areas. It was evident she really listened to my body and adjusted her technique accordingly. The new location was also fantastic—cozy, welcoming, and with a serene atmosphere that made me feel completely at ease the moment I walked in. It felt like a personal retreat, and I left feeling refreshed, relaxed.

What a lovely experience. Lidia's studio is so relaxing it was like a spa experience. Only client appointment so get individual attention. I was apprehensive about having my eyebrows dyed due to previous experience years ago. Needn't have worried . Lydia listened to what I would like and I couldn't have been more happy with the outcome. Fuller but natural looking eyebows which were perfect for me. Lash lift and tint also perfect. Thanks Lidia - will definitely be returning and recommend to friends and family.

Wow what an amazing facial, Lidia was amazing, the atmosphere was so calming and relaxing and Lidia definitely knows her stuff, I could see and feel a difference in my skin straight away, I left the clinic feeling so relaxed and my face felt and looked amazing, I will definitely be having another I highly recommend this facial ❤️

The hybrid brow wax experience was amazing. Lidia is lovely and it was genuinely a very relaxing experience. The room is calming, the bed is very comfy and there is relaxing music playing to help you unwind. I barely noticed the waxing and nearly fell asleep! My brows look fantastic, really thick and defined. Thanks so much Lidia 🙂
