Polly was exceptional. The neck massage she gave was the best I’ve ever had. Every hand placement felt intentional and mindful. She was empathetic and created great rapport, which made me feel safe and relaxed immediately. She listened carefully to my concerns and focused on the areas I mentioned. The way she cupped and massaged my cheeks helped them fully relax, which I’ve never experienced before. It was bliss. The buccal massage was informative and very gentle. Polly is a truly lovely woman and I would highly recommend her.

Ashley was so friendly and gentle. I had the most amazing facial ever! The room is so beautiful set up with dreamy lights I was so relaxed! She took her time and made sure I was enjoying every minute. Ashley also gave me some useful advice on how to maintain my skin. Will definitely be returning xxx

I have been coming to Hannah since she first started in Swansea. My monthly membership treatments with her are the highlight of my month. I have lived/travelled extensively around the world, and had many treatments. Hannah's massages and facials are definitely in the top three. Her firmness and lightness of touch are nothing short of intuitive! Hannah is friendly, personable and professional. What a lovely experience. Lidia's studio is so relaxing it was like a spa experience. Only client appointment so get individual attention. I was apprehensive about having my eyebrows dyed due to previous experience years ago. Needn't have worried . Lydia listened to what I would like and I couldn't have been more happy with the outcome. Fuller but natural looking eyebows which were perfect for me. Lash lift and tint also perfect. Thanks Lidia - will definitely be returning and recommend to friends and family.

Fantastic relaxing spa like experience and amazing skin.

I was lucky enough to experience a bespoke facial with Polly today. It was an absolute joy from start to finish. Polly made me feel very welcome and her room set up was so cosy and relaxing. The actual treatment was magic. A blend of more traditional facial processes and deep massage. I felt thoroughly relaxed and pampered and my skin looks incredible. Thank you Polly, I will definitely be back.

My first time having a facial with Polly and my first time ever having a buccal massage. Wow! Firstly, Polly is such a kind hearted and knowledgeable lady who made me feel at ease straight away. I have a lot of jaw tension after surgery and the buccal massage was so relaxing. I would definitely recommend Polly. I thoroughly enjoyed and felt so relaxed after my treatment. .

If I could give more stars I would! Always a lovely, relaxing experience. Amazing results as ever. Highly recommend.

I can’t recommend a holistic facial with Polly enough. I had a 90 minute advanced facial massage and it was nothing short of devine. I arrived totally stressed out, Polly immediately set the tone by meeting me as I was and listening with calmness and compassion. We talked through what I wanted and devised a plan which including some intra-oral work for chronic TMJ pain and general nervous system support. The treatment was hands down the most relaxing I’ve ever had, I tried my best to stay awake so I didn’t miss any of it. Each detail was spot on, I left relaxed and glowing- 10/10 recommend!

Polly is exceptional. It’s as though she knew exactly what my skin and face and body needed. I feel like my skin and face look a million dollars! But in all seriousness, I felt so relaxed and cared for. Thank you Polly.

I had a great experience at Urban Spa. The space is really nice with lots of thoughtful details that made it feel calm and welcoming. I had a back massage and an Indian head massage, both of which were really relaxing. I’d definitely recommend!
