As always, absolutely loved my visit to ELITE Retreat! I had a foot spa (free and part of package), Indian head massage and a dermaplaning facial. All were incredibly relaxing and just what I needed after a long day at work. I was welcomed with a lush fruit smoothie and even got a lovely goodie bag to celebrate ELITE’s first birthday! Felt so pampered, thank you Nat!

I had a great experience at ELITE! Nat was incredibly helpful in explaining the treatment for my lower back pain and legs. The sports massage really helped reduce tension, and the infrared sauna blanket relieved muscle pain and destressing. I'll definitely be booking with Nat again soon. Thanks ELITE!

I treated myself to the Swedish massage and omg I nearly fell asleep, I was so relaxed. I then teamed it up with the sauna blanket for 30mins where I did fall asleep, oops. I love coming in every week for my sauna blanket. For 30 minutes I get to switch off from the world. Thankyou so much Natalie
