Wow !! I have never had a facial quite like the one I had today. It started with a consultation and professional advice. Then I was made comfortable in a clean warm room. Following a deep cleanse a mask was appied and shoulder, neck and arm massage. It was very relaxing. The light mask was a new experience for me but it felt good and therapeutic. Overall is was a 5* treatment and I felt great afterwards and left with a spring in my step and glowing skin.

I had a lovely relaxing experience. I feel all fresh. Looking forward to my next booking

Today was my second visit to the salon to see my stylist Ella, once again I wasn’t disappointed!! Ella again took my coat and showed me to my seat where I was offered tea or coffee- which I kindly declined. We had an in-depth consultation about what I was after and if I wanted to grow out previous styles etc. I said I wanted a trim but to ultimately I would like to grow it longer. She then showed how much she thought needed to be cut to make my hair healthy to make sure I was happy. The hair wash/ head massage… WOW it was perfect pressure and very relaxing!! See you in 6 weeks!! :)

Kaylor is amazing. She caters every facial to what I need that day, uses gold standard products and truly takes time and care to make it a relaxing and healing experience whilst also giving your skin the treatment it needs. I always come out looking and feeling amazing.

Amazing experience

I always feel amazing when I leave Serenity. For me, a weekly wash and blow-dry is all I need, and they never disappoint. The team are extremely professional, and every single one of them is an amazing hairdresser. Highly recommend.

My facial with Kaylor was brilliant. The perfect mixture of relaxation while battling my anti aging issues. My skin was glowing and smooth afterwards. She also helped unblock some of my chakras which I didn’t even realise I needed but the change has been noticeable for sure! Everything I was hoping for from my facial and more!
