Had my first-ever lymphatic drainage massage. Found it incredibly relaxing and beneficial. The therapist was warm, knowledgeable, took time to understand my needs, explained after care instructions & checked how I was feeling next day. The gentle yet effective technique helped reduce bloating, improve circulation, and left me feeling lighter and refreshed. The space was clean, calm and welcoming. I even slept better that night. Highly recommend this treatment to anyone looking to detox, reduce puffiness, or feel more relaxed. I’ll definitely return.

I’ve been suffering with a fibro flare up and horrific insomnia, so when I met Courteney I was very much in fight or flight mode- she was incredibly patient with me, explained the benefits for my current situation, and proceeded to give me my most relaxed 90 minutes of the year so far. I left with a clearer head and some specific aftercare instructions, it’s been 24 hours and I am reaping the benefits - I managed to get four hours of sleep and I feel much less swollen. Most importantly, since my massage I’ve been able to relax for the first time this year. Will be back! Thank you so much!

I had a great experience here. Wanda was very friendly and made me feel really relaxed. I had very tight muscles before and I felt so much better afterwards, she knew where all the knots in my back were. A lot of the tension had gone in my neck and shoulders afterwards. I'd definitely come again
