Absolutely amazing experience! Lauren has a true gift. Her intuitive touch and calming presence create such a safe and nurturing space. She guides breath work and in doing so thought the massage helped melt away tension I didn't even know I was holding. I left feeling relaxed, rejuvenated, and happier than I have in a long time. This was more than just a massage; it was a journey for both body and soul. I can't recommend her enough!

If Lauren said to me that she is moving to a different country, I would still pay for a flight ticket every month to see her! You won’t find any other beauty therapist who is so hard working, innovative, kind, compassionate, understanding, empathetic like Lauren is. Her knowledge is fascinating and she will make you feel so calm, relaxed and like a better person after your treatment. Lauren is magic. Her treatments create a space for deep relaxation so that I am able to leave less tense both physically and mentally. She is so knowledgeable, offering advice and suggestions for keeping up her good work at home, and balances professionalism with feeling like an old friend you’ve know for years, beautifully. I wouldn’t go to anyone else!

I was feeling pretty rough this week and went to Lauren for a full body hot stones massage which I walked out from feeling great. I've woken up today feeling amazing too. Lauren really has magic hands, almost like a modern day Jesus with the ability to heal the lepers :) Absolutely fantastic yet again!

Been having neck and head pain for over 3 months on most days. Started to visit Lauren recently for massages and showing me yoga tips for the neck.
