Good evening, I was at your SPA today and had a massage. The massage was very good. Thank you very much for the nice care by you. -However, there are major shortcomings in the SPA: -No relaxation room with thermal beds -No cold plunge pool -Sauna partially defective; the second sauna turned off -Steam bath defective -Drain in the shower in front of the sauna clogged -Bermin in the shower See photos in the attachment I would therefore like to complain about the entry. I ask for return of at least 20,-Euro. please do not hesitate to contact me. Greetings Stefan

Marian was excellent and very professional. I’ve not had this sort of treatment before and it was extremely relaxing and very nearly fell asleep a couple of times. I’ve never seen my skin this smooth!! Highly recommend and thank you!

I had an absolutely fantastic experience! The massage was exceptional—truly one of the best I've ever had. The therapist was not only skilled but also attentive and intuitive, creating a deeply relaxing and rejuvenating session. I left feeling completely refreshed and cared for. A big thank you to all the staff as well—everyone was welcoming, professional, and made me feel at ease from the moment I arrived. The atmosphere was calm and inviting, and the service was top-notch throughout. Highly recommended, and I’ll definitely be coming back! 🙌

I had a lovely relaxing mini back massage and mini facial with Aloe Vera. Both were very refreshing and very relaxing. Maria, my therapist today was excellent and understood about my back pain and was very careful. I would recommend this Spa and Wellness centre in Hipotels, Mediterráneo Hotel.

We booked a couples package, really good value of money! 40 minute massage, 20 minutes in a private jacuzzi with a glass of cava then 90 minutes using the spa facilities… the massage were very relaxing and really good! The jacuzzi was amazing and the spa facilities were really good too! Would definitely recommend!

Sehr tolle entspannte Kräuter Peeling Massage gehabt. Konnte komplett abschalten, danach gab es noch einen Tee im Ruhebereich.

Los masajes muy bien, realmente. El spa no lo disfruté mucho porque había mucho ruido, niños gritando (culpa de los padres, pero, tal vez el personal podría controlar un poco esto). Una sauna no iba. El segundo día no estaba encendido el baño turco. Contenta con el hotel en general, aunque hubiera querido disfrutar un poco más de este espacio en calma.

I went for a full body massage. The room was inviting and relaxing with calming music. My massage lady Mayra was polite and friendly and her technique excellent. I felt super relaxed after. Thank you for a lovely experience.
