The sauna was a great way to unwind before my therapeutic massage with Sarah, which was excellent. She was very skilled, and the massage was relaxing and effective for my back pain. I recently received my second massage from Christina. Her welcoming demeanour allowed me to nicely relax in anticipation of my massage. During the massage, she skillfully addressed all my concern areas, and often checked in to ensure my comfort. After the massage, she even showed me some exercises I can do to improve my health. Overall, highly recommend her if you want a relaxing massage tailored to your needs, by a professional who seems to care about her work and you!

J'ai adoré mon expérience. Le spa est petit, l'expérience est différente du circuit des bains nordiques mais avec un bain flottant + massage + sauna = détente garantie. Le massage thérapeutique avec Tia était merveilleux et toute l'équipe était aux petits soins. Je reviendrais c'est certain.

It’s great to have L’Absolu Spa as our local spa in Ahuntsic. Service is always very attentive and kind. Love a sauna after the massage here. Suggestion: please add a cold plunge or cold shower for the sauna - it’s would be the perfect combination. Even more!

Loved my massage session with Helene today. The combination of heated oil and pressure applied really made me feel good and relaxed. It’s always nice to see Helene and chat with her for a while. Thank you Helene and Vibrations Om for offering sessions on Easter Sunday while most businesses are closed. You turned a gloomy and rainy Sunday into a happy and relaxing day for me.
