I just received the brow mapping service after months of not giving my brows any love… let me tell you it is WORTH EVERY PENNY!! I’m a blonde with sparse eyebrow hair in some spots and I combined my brow mapping with a henna dye and BOOM-all of a sudden I have brows again! Not only did I receive the results I wanted from the service, but I felt so incredibly relaxed the entire time. I feel so confident with my new brows and I can’t recommend this service, or the Refinery in general, enough!

Kaitlyn gave the most relaxing, rejuvenating medical facial I have ever received! I left the clinic with dewy, toned skin and all my jaw tension was released. I highly recommend this wonderful human with her magic hands!

Thank you Shannon for a very comfortable microneedling treatment. The freshly picked flower was a lovely touch and the music/environment was perfect! Thank you for the reminders on how to care for my skin post-treatment... No hot yoga, no make-up, no SPF! I can't wait for my skin to be all healed up, healthy and glowy!

Jo is exceptional! She has a very gentle and calming treatment technique. She is very thorough and explains everything so well. She is very easy to talk to and has a great personality. Highly recommend getting your waxing done with Kacey! The experience was quick, comfortable, and noticeably less painful compared to my past waxes. Definitely one of the best waxing experiences I’ve had.
