I’ve had 8 sessions of reflexology with Alice and each one has been great. I came in with a headache and shoulder tension and left feeling much better and pain free. Very relaxing and enjoyable.

Ali gave me the most amazing Buccal massage. It was my first time, and really targeted sore muscles in my jaw. The massage included neck and shoulders… which really helped my jaw area too. Ali was friendly and the environment was clean, tidy, inviting and relaxing. I would highly recommend!

I wasn't sure what to expect from this treatment (facial sculpting and buccal massage), and was really pleasantly surprised! Not only was it surprisingly relaxing, my face has lost it's puffiness and my jaw and mouth are more relaxed (chronic teeth clencher). Thank you Ali :)

From the moment I walked into the room I felt so relaxed and I was a little nervous before. The treatment was unlike any treatment I have had before. It was so relaxing and I felt the difference instantly in my jaw and neck. Will be recommending to other people and I already look forward to returning. I came to see Ali after a week of intense cycling, my legs and body were sore and tight. I booked a deep tissue massage and it was exactly what I needed. Ali expertly targeted the areas that were holding the most tension, providing the perfect balance of pressure to release the tightness. By the end of the session, I felt significantly more light, relaxed and rejuvenated. Highly recommend for anyone needing serious muscle recovery! I was also lucky to experience her new treatment space in the garden room! So lovely to have a gentle breeze and the sound of birds!
