I booked an appointment with Stacey for my 10 year old niece, who was very apprehensive about a salon visit as she was afraid of having her hair 'pulled"...Stacey set our minds at ease from the minute I spoke with her on the phone. She was professional, kind and courteous and contacted me to offer a complimentary trim for my niece, since it was her birthday. The customer service prior to the visit already had me happy with her but by the end, I was ready to drive to Mitchells Plain to get my hair done by her to. WOW! they don't make them like Stacey anymore! Thank you so much!

My brows arr on fleek and the treading was not that sore at all i loved the experience and professionalism such a chilled vibe. My lashes well they super ready and beautiful

Eyebrows was done so good it’s a 11/10 , this is why I don’t go elsewhere

Marisca did an amazing job on my eyebrows. Reassured me and showed me every step of the way what it looked like and asked if I was satisfied. 10/10, very impressed!

JEM Strandfontein Branch was so welcoming and friendly! The staff greeted me with smiles and had a warm embrace as I came into the salon for my first time. I had done a classic set of lashes with Maritza who was very attentive and friendly. I was extremely pleased and satisfied with the service I received at this beautiful establishment. I will definitely be coming back again :) Thank you for having me and for having such a clean, attractive establishment.
