Zia is so professional and calming when doing my lashes. She is always making sure u are comfortable and happy whilst busy with lashes. Before she leaves she makes sure u are happy with it, when I'm 100% of the time always happy with her work. I'm always relaxed and sometimes snoring coz of her calmness when doing my lashes.
