Jess always does the most beautiful lashes whenever I go! She really listens to what sort of extensions you would like and designs them personally for you. Always happy for a chat or a quiet appointment if that is your preference. Never feel rushed but as someone who struggles to lie down for a long time, I also really appreciate that she is a time efficient lash tech and I'm not there for 2 or 3 hours!

Great experience again with Ursula, she is so knowledgeable, friendly and the overall experience was so comfortable. In fact, getting lashes done with her has been the most comfortable and pleasant experience of lash extensions I've ever had.

Really great service I had eyebrow threading with tint and they look great booked an appointment for 5.40pm but managed to finish work earlier so popped into see if I was able to be seen sooner and was able to have an appointment straight away . Have already been recommending to friends and family

I had my lashes and brows done by Heidi and I’m so happy with them! My lashes look so natural and pretty, and so happy with my brows she really listened to what I wanted. I’ve had so many compliments and would highly recommend Heidi!

Ann-Marie is the best lash technician in Kent! I’ve had some not so great experiences and started having lashes over 12 years ago in London before they started to become as popular as they now are. I can’t fault her attention to detail, brilliant results and I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

Had an absolutely lovely time with Jess. It was my first time getting any sort of beauty treatment done, and she made it so easy, fun and comfortable. She’s super friendly and just a joy to be around. Had a lash lift & tint and an eyebrow tint done and the results are stunning. Will definitely come back for more treatments in the future! I’ve been going to Lauren a few years now for various tweaks of brows, filler, Botox, lashes. She is welcoming, friendly, knowledgeable and honestly wouldn’t trust anyone else. She knows her stuff and works miracles. I’ve never left unhappy, I’m always so pleased with her work. The best lash tech in the game! Obsessed with my lashes as always!

My brows were a victim of some serious overplucking in the 90s, so I went into my first brow lamination appointment with Heidi telling myself not to get my hopes up. Three years later, and I’m still having my brows laminated on a regular basis. I don’t know how she does it, but she’s given me the thick, fluffy brows I’ve always wanted and never thought were possible.

Jess is always so careful, and results are great!! Love going for lash lifts and tint and wax brows!
