Lucy is lovely as always , today was one year on from when I had my first ever micro-needling appointment. Lucy showed me the before and after photos and wow I was taken aback . Sometimes we are our own worst critic and we don’t realize how much progress we’ve made . I am delighted and couldn’t thank Lucy more for being part of that progress . I had microneedling for the very first time today, so I had no idea what to expect. Lucy explained everything about the treatment beforehand, describing what it would feel like and how my face might appear afterwards. Lucy is so friendly and she helped me feel at ease throughout. It wasn’t at all painful like I was expecting. I had complete faith in Lucy and the experience was wonderful from start to finish. Highly recommended!
