The girls in the salon are really nice and friendly. Kelly who did my lashes & brows was really sweet. I didn’t feel rushed & she recommended a few things to have done in the future & explained it all to me. I also had a free hand massage from one of the trainees which was lovely! Will definitely be going again for a brow tint & false lashes which Kelly recommended.

What an absolute gem Olivia is! I am over the moon with my lashes and brows. First time having lamination, and I am beyond amazed at how they look! Lashes are perfect also! Had the eye trio with Yamini. Lash lift/tint, brow tint/wax/threading. Had it done a few weeks ago and they are still looking great. Lovely, friendly and professional service. Very happy customer 🙂

came in for a brow lamination and lash lift with Maria, and the whole experience was amazing from start to finish. Her beautiful salon instantly made me feel calm and relaxed. Maria herself was so bubbly, welcoming, and incredibly precise — a true perfectionist at what she does, which made me feel completely at ease throughout the appointment. I’m absolutely in love with the results and already can’t wait to come back. My favourite touch was the little treat at the end, which made the whole experience feel even more special. Absolutely fantastic! A long-overdue platinum hydrafacial & it exceeded all my expectations. She was incredibly knowledgeable about both the products and the treatment. I also had an LVL lash lift and tint and wow, I honestly feel summer ready after just these two treatments! My skin feels and looks so much brighter already. The clinic itself is calm, spotless, and welcoming. Jodie took such good care of me,I actually ended up falling asleep, I was that comfortable! Can’t thank Jodie enough for her professionalism and the high quality of service she offers. Highly recommended!

Been going to the Beauty Shack for around 6 years now and I still haven’t written a review! The girls are absolutely lovely, flexible and accommodating and always make me feel comfortable. All services are top notch, from lashes to brows to nails, and at great value for money. I moved away last year and still refuse to go anywhere else. X

Olivia is such a friendly and talented beauty therapist. She clearly takes pride in her work and genuinely enjoys what she does. I absolutely love my classic lash extensions — they feel so light that I can barely tell they’re there! She’s incredibly gentle too; I almost fell asleep during the treatment.
